M-Th Aftercare: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - $15/day with notice, $25 without
Quarterly Enrollment - $15 per child per enrollment day

Snack fee - $15
Late fee for monthly payment - $10
Fee for missed meetings - $10/meeting (4 per year, must attend at least 2)
Substitute fee - $45 (see below)
As a cooperative, one of our core goals is to keep costs down while encouraging member involvement. With just one core teacher and MDO members rotating out as her assistant on service days, costs are kept well under control. Service day requirements vary as they are based on the program's overall enrollment (total number of members) as well as the specific family's enrollment (1 day to 5 days a week, one child or multiple children). On average, the range is about 1 day per month on the high end to 1 day per quarter on the low end.
But when volunteering isn't an option, members can pay the substitute fee and a substitute will be arranged for $45. (For late notice within 24 hours, the fee is $60, and for no notice/no-show, the fee is $90.) Planned swaps with other members may also be an option for members who prefer service days but run into an issue with a scheduled day. Similarly, members can choose to provide a healthy snack or pay the snack fee - their choice.
As with all day care programs, availability is based on current enrollment (both regular day and before/aftercare). Single and multi-day enrollment options are available. More details are available in our introductory packet; inquire for details. And don't forget to check out our testimonials page!
