childcare for everyone
Go ahead. Catch up on the dishes. Finish that project. The kids are safe with us. :)
We don’t have family in the area, so when we were looking for a place for our first little girl, it was important to us to find a place where she would be cared for and cared about like family. We are so lucky to have found Ms. Debbie - the heart and soul of MDO. It may not have all the bells and whistles of some other places, but here with Ms. Debbie, there’s no doubt the kids are loved, nurtured, and treated respectfully. She has the confidence and experience to know how to care for the kiddos, but the humility and wisdom to recognize each child is unique. I’ll take heart and soul over bells and whistles any day!
As the students transition from the MDO program to Placitas Elementary School, we always feel confident that the students coming to us have been prepared.
We have been part of the MDO program for four years. W are so thankful we found such a loving and supportive place in which our sons can learn and grow together with friends.
Debbie and the entire MDO community have provided a caring and nurturing environment for our daughter to explore and grow. We couldn’t be happier with the program.
Over the last fie years, our three children have thrived under Debbie’s care. She helped bring our oldest child out of his shell and prepare him socially and academically for kindergarten. We have enjoyed meeting other families, and I have loved being parent of the day.
Sure, everyone knows that Ms. Debbie is the best. But on top of that, twice my husband and I have had car trouble in the years we’ve gone to MDO. Both times were in the heat of summer, and both times we had people rushing to our rescue within 10 minutes of reaching out from the MDO community. I still get a little teary thinking about it.
The Mothers Day Out program has been WONDERFUL for our family and our daughter loves going. MDO does a great job providing the early childhood social and learning experience that kids need and enjoy, while remaining flexible and affordable. MDO is also a rare find in that it is a co-op, which means it is truly grass-roots and supported by local community involvement, rather than corporately administered or controlled. We are so grateful for the opportunity to participate in the program and look forward to going for many years to come.
